Former United States President, Donald Trump has expressed his concern after his predecessor, Joe Biden fell on stage during the Air Force Academy Graduation ceremony in Colorado Springs.
KanyiDaily had reported how the 80-year-old president, Joe Biden tripped over a sandbag and fell to his knees after addressing more than 900 graduates and shaking hands with a cadet at Falcon Stadium.
Following the incident, White House Communications Director Ben LaBolt reassured the public, stating, “He’s fine. There was a sandbag on stage while he was shaking hands.”
Reacting to the incident during his campaign in Iowa, Donald Trump expressed concern for Biden’s well-being, stressing that the fall was not inspiring for the Air Force graduates who witnessed it.
“Well, I hope he wasn’t hurt. You gotta be careful about that because you don’t want that, even if you have to tiptoe down the ramp,” the former president said on Thursday after a member of the crowd informed him of the incident to a chorus of cheers.
