The Lagos State Police Command has arrested three suspected cultists in a hotel in the Idimu area of the state.

Spokesman of the Command, Benjamin Hundeyin disclosed this in a short post on his official Twitter handle on Sunday.

He said the suspected cultists were nabbed after the command received a complaint about cultists’ rampage in Isolo.

According to him, upon receipt of the complaints, the command swung into action and apprehended the three suspects on Saturday night in the hotel.

The police spokesman shared photos of the suspects and the weapons recovered from them, adding that ongoing is ongoing.

In other news, the Department of State Services (DSS) has said it has identified persons and groups planning to stage campaigns of calumny against it and the government over the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.
