Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has thrown a lavish party for her upcoming 38th birthday after saying she is tired of the yearly celebrations.

KanyiDaily recalls that Tonto Dikeh, who would turn 38 on June 9, revealed that she had no plans for photoshoots or birthday party that often involve entertaining acquaintances who feel like strangers.

The mother of one said she plans to host a kids’ carnival, stressing that she would rather choose to spend her wealth towards more meaningful celebrations that bring joy to children.

Despite her earlier stance, the actress has taken to her Instagram page where she shared a video from her lavish pre-birthday party in Indigo, Abuja on Wednesday night, June 7.

The event featured massive cakes, and Tonto Dikeh showcased her dance moves while grooving to a Makossa song performed by the renowned singer, Awilo.

During the celebration, the actress was seen warmly embracing and greeting an unidentified Caucasian man, displaying the same level of happiness as she did with her other guests.
