KanyiDaily recalls that Trey Songz was previously hit with a separate $25 million lawsuit in February, where a woman claimed he raped her during a house party in Los Angeles in 2016.

Another woman, identified as Jane Doe, has taken legal action over an incident in which the singer allegedly exposed her breast without her consent during a pool party held outside a Connecticut casino.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the woman is not only suing Trey Songz but also his production company, record executive Kevin Liles, and Atlantic Records.

The woman argued that the multiple defendants should have been aware of Trey Songz’s sexual behavior and failed to control him during the incident which occurred back in 2013.

The woman’s attorney claimed that her client suffered humiliation and long-lasting emotional distress as a result of the incident, adding that she also quit her ‘promising career’ just months after the alleged assault.

In 2022, the woman sent a demand letter to Trey Songz seeking $10 million in damages, accompanied by a video capturing the incident which happened at the Foxwoods Liquid Sundays.

In response to the allegations, Trey Songz’s attorney, Michael Freedman dismissed the claims as repurposed decade-old allegations intended to take advantage of California’s new lookback window.

He said, “This is yet another example of decade-old allegations being repurposed into a federal case to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new lookback window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”

In support of the new lawsuit, the woman referenced other incidents involving Trey Songz, including an alleged assault at a bowling alley and an incident where he allegedly dragged another lady by the hair when she tried to intervene with a woman from his entourage.

Trey Songz has faced multiple accusations in the past, including a $10 million lawsuit in Miami in 2021 where a woman claimed he inserted his fingers into her vagina without consent during a New Year’s Eve party in 2018. He has consistently denied any wrongdoing in all these cases.

KanyiDaily recalls that Trey Songz recently reacted to a rape allegation made against him by an ex-University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) basketball player, Dylan Gonzalez.
