Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg has hooked up with UFC champions, Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski, ahead of a potential fight with Twitter owner, Elon Musk.
KanyiDaily recalls that the potential MMA fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg began as an online banter a few weeks ago and has now become a serious topic for preparation.
According to TMZ, former middleweight champion Adesanya and featherweight champion Volkanovski flew straight to Zuckerberg’s home in Northern California after the UFC 290 show in Las Vegas last Saturday.
Since then, the trio has been training hard at the gym in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
Taking to his social media page on Tuesday, Israel Adesanya shared a picture of himself, Zuckerberg and Volkanovski.
The UFC star praised the Facebook founder’s competitive spirit and calling the training session “serious business!”
“No fugazi with Mark,” Adesanya wrote alongside an emoji of a shark. “This is Serious Business!!”
Alexander Volkanovski also responded to the post, complimenting Zuckerberg and saying that it was great to catch up.
“@zuck you’re a beast! Always great to catch up,” he wrote.
Zuckerberg, in the comments section of the post, expressed his gratitude to both UFC stars for their support and called it an honour to train with them.
This comes after Elon Musk’s Twitter threatened to take legal action against Mark Zuckerberg over his new famous app called ‘Threads’.
