Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold has mocked his fellow musicians who are using streaming farms to artificially boost the popularity of their songs.
In a post shared on his Twitter page, Adekunle Gold made a mockery of those whose songs quickly rose to a top 20 spot on music charts only to swiftly plummet to positions well below the top 20 within a mere week.
He shared a viral clip of an interview where a lady can be seen laughing, and he subtly insinuated that the funds people usually allocate for “fertilizer” to enhance streaming farm activity may have run dry.
The talented singer tweeted, “Songs wey dey top 20 last week don go 170 something, owo fertilizer ti ku waso.” Meaning: The money for ‘fertilizer’ has been exhausted.
