Davido Sends N2million To ‘Broke’ Lady Who Drank Garri And Called It Fried Rice [Video]

Nigerian singer, Davido has shown kindness towards a young skitmaker identified as Okoli Classic by gifting her the sum of N2 million for entertaining him with her content.

Okoli Classic went viral on Instagram after sharing a video where she humorously narrated how she was feeling hungry and only a small amount of money.

In the video, the young lady revealed that she wanted to buy “fried rice and chicken” around 11 PM, but ended up getting Garri (cassava flakes), milk, an apple, and pure water to eat instead.

She playfully shared the moment she soaked and drank the garri while revealing that she opted to use apple because the fruit contains vitamin A and C, which would prevent her from going blind.

After watching her video, celebrity blogger, Tunde Ednut shared it with Davido who enjoyed the content and expressed his desire to send Okoli Classic the sum of N2 million.

Sharing a screenshot of Davido’s message, Tunde Ednut revealed that that the singer’s generosity is the reason why many people love him. He also appealed for prayers in support of the singer.

He wrote, “You see why we all love Davido? He has done this many times. After watching, he will laugh and say Tunde, help me give that guy 1 million Naira and then he will say NO ANNOUNCE AM Ooo! But this particular one is N2,000,000 in this era. I had to announce it.

“Can we have a quick prayer for DAVIDO? He’s rich, yes we know. He didn’t have to do this still, but he did. Many will just laugh and move on, but OBO, no! He will drop something.

“No matter how short the prayer might be, can you do a quick prayer for DAVIDO? We all have pains and needs in our hearts and I am sure he needs something from God too.
