Nigerian influencer, Waris Olayinka Akinwande, also known as Ola of Lagos, has reflected on his journey from his humble beginnings as a cleaner to his current status as a prominent figure.
During a recent interview on Cool FM, Ola of Lagos opened up about his life’s struggles, highlighting the challenges he faced en route to achieving fame.
Upon arriving in Lagos, the influencer said he began working as a cleaner who washed people’s houses and clothes, which even involved the washing of ladies’ pants.
Ola of Lagos shared that he utilized various strategies, including approaching potential clients directly, to promote his cleaning services.
The content creator, known for his humorous skits and content centered around automobiles, disclosed that his interest in recording everyday occurrences and sharing them online fueled his creative journey.
He said that his passion led him to develop videos that not only resonated with his love for content creation but also contributed to the promotion of cars.
