Afrobeats superstar, Davido has expressed his concern for another fan who embarked on a lengthy journey from Taraba to Lagos with the sole purpose of meeting him.

KanyiDaily recalls that a man Emmiwuks, whose real name is Emmanuel Myam, is currently riding on a bicycle from Benue State to Lagos just to meet Davido.

Davido advised Emmiwuks to go home because he was not available in the country at the moment. But the cyclist insisted that he was not going back to Benue.

The singer later asked Emmiwuks to provide his bank account details and head back home, stressing that he would meet the cyclist upon his return to Nigeria.

On Friday, another individual, identified as Dami4reign, took to his Twitter page to announce that he has embarked on an “828km walk” from Taraba to reach Davido in Lagos.

In his announcement, the fan also sought support and well-wishes from fellow social media users, hoping for a safe and successful journey.

Dami wrote, “My name is Dami, I just started my journey from Taraba to Lagos, which is about 828km, to see @davido Wish me luck and safe journey guys.”

Reacting to the development, Davido conveyed his sentiments regarding Dami’s audacious endeavor. He cautioned Dami that he alone would experience the physical toll of such a challenging journey.

The singer wrote; “With leg, nah Your body go tell you.”

Meanwhile, Davido’s aide, Isreal DMW has offered N100,000 to a now-famous cyclist, Emmiwuks, stressing that he should head to Benin instead of Lagos.
