The Super Eagles’ training camp for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe will now begin on Wednesday in Uyo, according to the report.
The camp was supposed to open on Monday (today), but it has now been pushed back to Wednesday.
The invited players are anticipated to arrive in the country starting tonight.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) released the list of 23 invited players on Sunday.

The game is scheduled for Sunday, September 10 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
The Super Eagles are already assured a place in the finals with 12 points from their previous five matches, but they must gain at least one point to ensure they finish first in their group ahead of second-placed Guinea.
