Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has criticized singer Naira Marley, over his questions regarding the death of his colleague, Mohbad.
KanyiDaily recalls that Mohbad died at the age of 27 under controversial circumstances on September 12, and was buried the following day in Lagos.
Following Mohbad’s death, Naira Marley and his close associate, Sam Larry, were accused of bullying and assaulting the late singer while he was alive.
Reacting to the accusations, Naira Marley raised several questions about Mohbad’s whereabouts, the people he was with before his death, the nurse who treated him, and the results of any autopsy performed.
He also questioned the rushed burial process and the source of the report that claimed Mohbad died from an ear infection, suggesting that more transparency is needed regarding his death.
Expressing his deep sorrow and desire for justice, Naira Marley urged everyone to shed light on the matter in memory of Mohbad, emphasizing the need to uncover the truth and provide him with a fitting burial.
The singer also called for solidarity and transparency, suggesting that some individuals may be attempting to suppress information about the incident.
Reacting on her Instagram page, Tonto Dikeh slammed Naira Marley and cautioned him not to underestimate Mohbad’s fans.
She also questioned his intentions and the whereabouts of Sam Larry, whom she accused of causing distress to Mohbad with a weapon.
The actress also advised Naira Marley to remain silent and focus on his Snapchat dancing, stressing that he looks better when he keeps his mouth shut.
She said, “Is Naira Marley playing with us? What the fuck is that letter you posted? Who are you asking questions?
“Where is Larry Sam you sent to frustrate Mohbad with a cutlass (and people were thinking it’s a cane…Look well)?
“I will suggest You better SHUT UP (you look prettier with your mouth closed anyway) and keep dancing on Snapchat while we seek justice.
“The last thing you will want to do is TAKE (US) MOHBAD’S Fans for a fool”.
