Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has named his 25-man roster for the 2023/2024 Premier League season.
According to league rules, the 25-man roster cannot include more than 17 players who do not meet the “homegrown” criteria.
Players under the age of 21 are not required to be included in the 25-man roster, and clubs may field as many under-21s as they like throughout the season.
