Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri has criticized former presidential aide, Reno Omokri over his interview with singer  Naira Marley, regarding the death of his ex-signee, Mohbad.

KanyiDaily recalls that Reno Omokri recently granted an interview to Naira Marley who was accused of bullying and harassing Mohad to his untimely death.

In the interview, Naira Marley denied any involvement in Mohbad’s death, stressing that the late singer was struggling with suicidal thoughts before his demise.

Concerned about Mohbad’s well-being, Naira Marley recounted another incident where he received a distress call from Mohbad’s girl, reporting a suicide attempt.

The rapper, who has been out of the country, said he would only return to Nigeria to assist in the investigation if the police could guarantee his safety.

Sharing the video of the interview on her Instagram page, Ruth Kadiri stated that one can judge individuals by their actions, implying a similarity between Naira Marley and Reno Omokri.

Expressing frustration with the situation, the actress highlighted the absence of effective laws in Nigeria, questioning the need for public discussions on social media to determine right or wrong.

She emphasized the need for a legal system that could address such matters, concluding with a reflection on the challenges of seeking justice in the Nigerian context.

Ruth Kadiri said, “By their fruits, you shall know them! If Nigeria had laws would we even be on social media discussing who is right and who is wrong? Trying to get justice from the core of our existence??? Like I always say! May Nigeria not happen to you!”.
