Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al-Nassr striker, has stated that his rivalry with Lionel Messi is “gone,” as both have “changed the history of football.”
For nearly a decade, the two footballers have ruled.
Ronaldo and Messi have won a total of 79 titles and are the only two players to have scored over 800 goals each.
“I don’t see things like that, the rivalry is gone,” Ronaldo explained.
“It was good, and the audience enjoyed it.”
“Those who admire Cristiano Ronaldo do not have to despise Lionel Messi, and vice versa.” We’ve done well, and we’ve changed football history. The most essential thing is that we are respected all throughout the world,” he remarked.
Ronaldo left European football for Saudi Arabia in January of this year after Manchester United cancelled his contract.
