Faithia Entertainment Showbiz, a United States-based show promoter, has made the decision to cancel the upcoming tour featuring Zinoleesky, a signee of Marlian music.
This decision follows the recent death of Nigerian singer Mohbad, and the allegations surrounding the Marlin Music label boss, Naira Marley, and associate Sam Larry, in connection with his demise.
Mohbad was in a faceoff with Naira Marley, which lasted for months, before he died at the age of 27 under controversial circumstances on September 12, and was buried the following day in Lagos.
In a statement shared on Instagram, the U.S. show promoter explained that the cancellation of Zinoleesky’s tour was due to unforeseen circumstances that were beyond their control.
They expressed their regret and apologized to their American audience who had purchased tickets for the event. The statement conveyed their love for their fans and assured them that new dates for the tour will be communicated as developments unfold.
The statement reads, “CANCELLATION NOTICE
“We regret to announce that the forthcoming 2023 US SHOW has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstance which is beyond our control.
“We are indeed so sorry, we apologize to all our American Sisters & Brothers who have tickets.
“We really do love you and we shall try to make it up, new dates will be communicated as event unfolds.”

KanyiDaily recalls that following his death, an old video emerged showing Mohbad expressing his dismay at how Zinoleesky had allegedly betrayed him by snitching on him.
