BBNaija All Stars: “Ilebaye Is Not A Deserving Winner” – Kachi Ucheagwu

Kachi Ucheagwu, a former housemate from the reality TV show Ultimate Love, says Ilebaye Odiniya did not deserve to win the Big Brother Naija All Stars show.

KanyiDaily had reported how Ilebaye won the BBNaija All Stars N120 million grand prize on Sunday night, October 1, after weeks of intense competition, surpassing strong contenders like Mercy Eke, Ceec, Adekunle, Pere Egbi, and Cross Okonkwo.

Taking to his Twitter page, now known as X, Kachi Ucheagwu expressed his belief that Ilebaye’s win was unfair and suggested it was driven by sympathy rather than merit.

He persisted in his opinion that the same tendency to support unqualified leaders is a contributing factor to Nigeria’s stalled growth, especially on the occasion of its independence anniversary.

“As Nigeria celebrates her Independence, The winner of #BBNaijaAllStar may be a true reflection of the current state of Nigeria where Pity and Sympathy prevail against meritocracy. Is she deserving of it, only time will tell,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, former BBNaija housemate, Tacha Akide has thrown a subtle shade at her colleague, Mercy Eke following her loss at the just concluded All-Stars show.
