Michael Chiarello, a celebrity chef, died unexpectedly as a result of an allergic reaction.
The former “Food Network” celebrity died on Saturday, Oct. 7, while being treated at Napa’s Queen of the Valley Medical Centre.
According to his firm, he was hospitalised as a result of a fatal allergic reaction.
Gruppo Chiarello revealed the circumstances surrounding their founder’s death on Sunday, Oct. 8, stating that an intense allergic response resulted in anaphylactic shock. They further claim that in his final moments, he was surrounded by friends and relatives. It’s unclear whether the allergic reaction was caused by eating.
