Cynthia Morgan laments absence of Wizkid’s colleagues at his mum’s funeral

Madrina, originally Cynthia Morgan, a dancehall artist-turned-prophetess, has chastised Nigerian musicians for failing to attend Wizkid’s mother’s funeral.

Wizkid buried his late mother, Mrs Jane Morayo Dolapo Balogun, on Friday, October 13, 2023, according to report.

The videos that emerged from the Lagos funeral ceremony revealed that it was low-key and not as star-studded as expected.

Morgan lamented the lack of Wizkid’s colleagues at the funeral on her Instagram story.

“Not a single male or female colleague of Wiz [kid] is at his mother’s funeral,” she stated. Nawa!”

Mrs Balogun, Wizkid’s mother, died on August 18, 2023, in London, United Kingdom, according to reports.
