Ike Onyema, a Big Brother Naija reality show star, has stated that he and his estranged lover, Mercy Eke, are better off as friends.
He stated that he did not attempt to revive their relationship during the just finished All-Stars edition because exes reunions do not always end well.
Ike was featured on Cool FM. Tacha, another TV reality star, hosts Nigeria’s Big Friday Show.

“I didn’t rekindle my relationship with Mercy in the recently concluded Big Brother Naija All Stars season because we are better off as friends,” he explained.
“At least for me, I always feel like when you go back to an ex, you might not always get what you want.”
Kanyidaily recalls that Ike and Mercy fell in love during the Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ season in 2019, but their relationship hit the rocks shortly after the show.
