Mauro Meluso, Napoli’s Sporting Director, has disclosed that the club would hold new contract talks with Victor Osimhen in the coming weeks.
Osimhen appears to be a long way from signing a new deal with the Serie A champions after being enraged at the club’s TikTok videos.
Napoli were also dissatisfied after the Nigerian returned from international duty injured last week.
Meluso, on the other hand, claimed that the Partenopei intend to hold a new round of talks with the 24-year-old’s agents in the coming weeks.

“A meeting between the President and Osimhen’s entourage will take place in the coming weeks.” It’s part of the game, and it takes some time to think about,” Meluso told Calciomercato.com.
