In an Instagram post, Judy Austin shared a profound perspective on life, stating that human being come into the world with nothing and will leave with nothing.

The actress said that if people fully grasp this reality, they would be inclined to love more, forgive more, and strive to genuinely live rather than merely exist.

“The truth is we own nothing in this world, we came here empty handed and we will leave empty handed. If people truly understand this, we’ll love more, forgive more and do everything possible to truly live rather than to exist.

“Love will always win,” she wrote.
