Nigerians are currently in disbelief as friends and associates of the late rapper, Oladipupo Oladimeji, popularly known as Oladips, claim that he is still alive.

KanyiDaily recalls that Oladips’s management made an announcement on Wednesday via his Instagram page where they confirmed that the 28-year-old rapper died on Tuesday night.

Prior to the reported death, Oladips had posted a distress call on his Instagram stories, expressing concern about the whereabouts of his friend @onlyonelifetime.

He mentioned how he had repeatedly tried to reach out and emphasized that he didn’t like being alone, especially considering his current condition.

Oladip’s management claimed that the rapper had been battling personal demons for two years.

However, a close friend named Sir Coolest has now contradicted the news via his Instagram story, asserting that Oladips is alive and well.

Sir Coolest said that Oladips had just finished eating, revealing that the rapper faked his death just promote his album to top the music charts.

“He just finished eating turkey and rice He don dey set ring light If the Album don enter No 1 by evening. probably tomorrow he’ll post the apology video,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, rapper Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, better known as Qdot, has also confirmed that Oladips, who was reported dead by his management, is still alive.
