Nigerian musician Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, better known as Qdot, has fueled speculation that his colleague, Oladips, who was recently reported deceased by his management, is still alive.
It was previously reported that Oladips’ management revealed on Wednesday via his Instagram page that the rapper died on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
Qdot, Oladips’ colleague and close associate, confirmed on Thursday that the rapper is still alive.

Sharing a picture of Oladips on his Instagram page, Qdot wrote, “@oladipsoflife, my gee is alive.”
His claim elicited mixed reactions, with many questioning the authenticity of the information while others said it is possible Oladips “faked” his death to promote his album, ‘Superhero Adugbo,’ which was released today.
