Mohammed Ismail Sherif, also known as Black Sherif, a Ghanaian singer and rapper, has hinted at a musical hiatus.
After releasing his sophomore album, the 21-year-old stated that he would extend his schooling.
Black stated that he wishes to return to school to learn how to sew garments.

The ‘Kwaku the Traveller’ singer stated on his X (previously Twitter) account, “[I] Need to get this album out and go back to school to learn how to make clothes.”
Black Sherif rose to prominence in 2021 with the release of his single ‘First Sermon,’ in May. ‘Second Sermon,’ the song’s sequel, was released in July and received a remix by Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, Burna Boy.
