After the Arsenal game, Emery told Sky Sports, “It was a tough match and we were tired, but we started the game well.” They were asserting their position on the pitch, but our custodian was outstanding.
“We tried to defend and keep possession for a longer period of time than we did.” We competed, and it was an excellent three points in a difficult week. We must be cheerful while also remaining vigilant.
