‘Fake Igbo dey’ – Singer Wizkid reveals as he lands in hospital

Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, a popular Nigerian artist, has been hospitalised.

A picture of the singer’s hand hooked to a drip syringe that he uploaded on his Instagram story on Tuesday evening has gone viral, prompting fans to wonder what is wrong with him.

Wizkid, on the other hand, alluded about using fake substances in a now-deleted follow-up post.

Wizkid wrote, “Fake Igbo dey, fake yansh dey” in response to questions about the nature of his condition.
