Samklef, a Nigerian artist and producer, has claimed that he was the one who persuaded Wizkid to hang out with Davido.
Wizkid and Davido delighted their fans with a rare display of friendliness after hanging out at a Lagos club on Saturday, according to a video that has gone viral on the internet.
This follows years of imagined competition between the two great singers, who rarely speak to or about one another.
Taking credit for the development, Samklef, in a post on his Instagram page, claimed that he was the driving force behind the reunion.
He wrote: “Na me tell Wizkidayo make him try hang out with davido today and he listens. My beloved guy, Wizzy.”
