Controversial media personality, Daddy Freeze has responded to a clergyman’s commentary on marital responsibilities.
In a post shared on Facebook, clergyman Mike Bamiloye queried men about their willingness to purchase groceries for their wives after returning home from work.
He asked, “Dear Bro, can your wife send you to buy Fish, Okoro, and Vegetables when coming back from the Office?”.
In reply, Austine Imoniche Oviosun, a university lecturer, claimed that not only could he buy groceries for his wife, but he could also cook for her and, when possible, handle her laundry.
He emphasized that a successful marriage involves two understanding people and welcomed any criticism, stating that being labeled a “woman wrapper” would not diminish his love for his wife.
Daddy Freeze, in his response, shared that he has no qualms about going to local markets or supermarkets to purchase groceries.
However, he clarified that he draws the line at cooking or doing dishes, stating, “I have no problem with going to the market or buying groceries. I like local markets and supermarkets. Just don’t ask me to cook or do dishes.”
KanyiDaily recalls that Daddy Freeze recently revealed that he has not seen his children for seven years after his divorce from his ex-wife, Opeyemi Olarinde.
