“I Can Buy And Marry You” – Portable Slams Laide Bakare For Calling Him A ‘Dirty Boy’ [Video]

Controversial artist, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has slammed Nollywood actress Laide Bakare after she called him a “dirty boy”.

The drama unfolded when Portable reacted to Laide’s appointment as the senior special adviser to Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke on entertainment, tourism, arts, and culture.

Reacting in the comment section of her post, Portable referred to Laide as a crazy person, stating, “Adopo.com Iyani ni werey.”

In retaliation, Laide fired back, saying that she would not tolerate nonsense from Portable, adding that his mother is the crazy person.

She wrote, “Omoofo.com Oni ku re. I will not spare you for coming to my page to rant nonsense. It’s your own mother’s mother that is werey. Awon Iyalaye e lon ba wi.”

Laide claimed that Portable made vulgar comments on her social media page, prompting her to insult him, referring to him as “a dirty mad boy from Sango.”

Portable responded in a subsequent video, highlighting Laide Bakare’s earlier statement about cheating in relationships.

He cautioned her against influencing his wife, Ashabi Simple, expressing concern that she might encourage his wife to cheat.

He stated, “No be you do interview say if your husband cheats, you go cheat. Due to this, I messaged and asked that you shouldn’t associate with my wife, who is an actress. Because you’re unfortunate, you might advise her to cheat as well.”

Regarding Bakare’s derogatory comment, Portable asserted his capability to buy and marry her, questioning the identity of her husband.

The singer stated, “You called me a dirty boy, but I can buy and marry you. Who is your husband? Tell me your husband.”

Portable later took to his Instagram story, revealing that Laide had been sending him messages, even requesting his WhatsApp number.

He threatened to expose these messages unless she deletes them. In pidgin English, he said, “You wey be say you enter my DM, dey beg me make I send my WhatsApp number. Na me you dey call dirty ball wey you dey beg for DM.”

He concluded by recounting an incident at a party where Laide allegedly hugged him and vowed to expose their private messages if she doesn’t comply.

“Do you remember that dirty boy from Sango wey you dey beg for DM say make him come your birthday make him come your event. I didn’t show up, I billed you instead. Do you remember the day we jam for party, na you hug me,” he added.
