Nigerian comedian, MC Pashun claims that he missed the former President Muhammadu Buhari due to the prevailing challenges under the current administration of President Bola Tinubu.
Speaking to the audience at a recent event, MC Pashun expressed his frustration about the state of affairs in Nigeria, remarking on the apparent deterioration accompanying each change in leadership.
Acknowledged that the nation’s economy during Buhari’s tenure was challenging, the comedian noted a perceived worsening trend under the administration led by President Tinubu.
He lamented the persistent decline across successive governments, highlighting the pervasive sense of discontent and stress prevalent throughout the country amidst ongoing economic and social difficulties.
Mc Pashun said, “I’m tired of this country [Nigeria]. Things keep getting worse with each change of government.
“It’s as if politicians hold meetings on how to make the masses suffer. Every new government will make you miss the last one.
“If I was told that I would miss Buhari, I wouldn’t believe it. I miss Buhari. He was a father to us. He made a couple of reckless decisions but his successor, Tinubu is doing the finishing work.
“Nigerians are lamenting. There’s no peace in the country. Tinubu is stressing everybody. The whole country is stressed.”
KanyiDaily recalls that the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu recently claimed that President Bola Tinubu inherented the current financial hardship in the country from tMuhammadu Buhari.
