Elon Musk’s net worth currently stands at $198 billion after a substantial loss of $17.6 billion in a single day due to a 7.2 percent decline in Tesla shares.
Bezos has witnessed an 18 percent year-to-date increase in Amazon’s shares and an impressive 90 percent surge over the past year. On the contrary, Tesla shares have faced a 24 percent decrease year-to-date.
Bernard Arnault, with a total wealth of $197 billion, holds the position of the world’s third-richest person.
The competition for the title of the world’s richest person remains dynamic, with shifts occurring regularly based on market performance.
The constant rivalry between Bezos, Musk, and other billionaires has led to frequent changes in the ranking.
In January 2021, Musk overtook Bezos, and he again claimed the top spot in May 2023, surpassing Bernard Arnault.
