In a video shared from her hospital bed, Mercy Eke urged her fans not to dwell on negative emotions such as anger, regrets, worries, and grudges, emphasizing how fleeting life can be.

Reflecting on her sudden hospitalization, the BBNaija star expressed surprise at the turn of events, just a day after she shared a video of herself and her friends drinking and grooving on a yacht.

She thanked God for his kindness and pondered on the fragility of life and the undervalued importance of good health.

Mercy wrote, “Don’t waste your time in anger, regrets, worries and grudges. LIFE IS TOO SHORT to be unhappy. Who would have thought that I would end up in a hospital barely 24 hours after I was seen outside?
