Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday has expressed her frustration after spending N150,000 on a few groceries at the Sunday market in Ogba.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Nkechi Blessing revealed that she went to the market with N150,000 but came back with no money left.

The actress disclosed that she bought 2 kilos of chicken, catfish, live chicken, goat meat, and a yam for N10,000.

She pointed out that Nigerians aren’t complaining about the economy anymore and wondered if people have become comfortable with the hardship.

Nkechi emphasized that she isn’t rich, which is why she’s complaining, and noted that even wealthy people are also complaining.

“So I carried N150k to the market to buy basic things – Turkey 2 kilos, catfish, life chicken, and goat meat. Guess what? N1000 didn’t return home with me. One yam na N10000 now.

“I noticed that people aren’t talking about the economy anymore; it’s like you guys enjoy it. I am not rich, so I will complain.

“Besides, even the rich are complaining. I am not the rich but one of the masses, and I am complaining like this.

“It’s time to dust my passport because it is no longer getting funny,” she said in the Instagram video.
