Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday has adopted the surname “Adeleke” after meeting singer Davido and his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, at an event.

This happened on Tuesday night at the birthday party of singer B-Red, the son of the Osun state governor.

In a video shared on her Instagram story, the actress could be seen with Davido, who jokingly changed her name to Nkechi Adeleke.

Davido said this on camera and then walked away before Nkechi excitedly rushed to Governor Ademola Adeleke to ask if she could use the new name.

The governor agreed and also said it on camera, making the actress very happy as she rushed on social media to announce the development.

Sharing a portrait of herself on Instagram, Nkechi listed all her names and including “Adeleke” among them.

She wrote, “Nkechi Blessing Adeleke Sunday😍❤️📌 #30bgqueen #001 #obo #davido #unstoppable #ogoagbaye🌏🌏🌏”
