Nigerian music executive, Soso Soberekon lost a $10,000 bet to rapper Zlatan Ibile after Spain beat England in the UEFA Euro 2024 final.

They had earlier shared a video on Instagram where they each bet $10,000, with Soso supporting England and Zlatan supporting Spain.

Soso captioned his post, “$10k Dolls bet against @zlatan_ibile for England to win Spain!!! @poco_lee Me for England @zlatan_ibile for Spain!!! let’s go!!!.”

Zlatan won the bet as Spain defeated England 2-1 on Sunday night to secure their fourth UEFA Euro title.

Nico Williams scored the first goal for Spain, while Chelsea’s Cole Palmer equalized for England with help from Jude Bellingham.

However, Mikel Oyarzabal, who replaced Alvaro Morata, scored the winning goal for Spain in the 86th minute at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.

Following the game, Soso Soberekon who lost the bet to Zlatan Ibile, posted a crying emoji on his Instagram story.
