A video has surfaced online showing a Nigerian politician, Chris Uba physically assaulting an artisan at his London home.
Chris Uba, a notable figure in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Anambra State, assaulted the artisan who was demanding payment for completed work at his London home.
In the video circulating on social media, the foreign man can be seen asking Uba for payment.
Uba responds by telling the workers, “Leave my house, I am not owing you. I said leave my house.”
The video captured another foreigner questioning Uba’s actions, asking, “Why are you hitting him?”
Uba responded aggressively, telling the man to “shut up. Get out, your are a fool. You are another criminal.”
The voice off-camera continues to accuse Uba of refusing to pay, stating, “He doesn’t want to pay. We have done work for him, the whole house – Suleiman – he is trying to beat him.
“He is a hard man. Are you a hard man here? Are you a tough man? Tough man, the police is going to see that if you don’t want to pay money.”
Uba then dismisses the man’s comments, saying, “You are too small,” before charging at the person recording the video and appearing to assault him.
