Oxlade Offers N500K To Woman Who Joined Lagos Protest With An Empty Pot
Nigerian singer, Oxlade has offered N500,000 to a woman who brought an empty pot to a protest in Lagos.
On Thursday, Nigerians began protesting against economic hardship and high inflation across the country.
The protests, called ‘10 Days of Rage’ with the hashtag #EndBadGovernance, saw an elderly woman go viral for carrying an empty pot to the protest on Kudirat Abiola Way in Ikeja, Lagos.
Oxlade posted a photo of the woman his on X page and asked for help finding her, saying he wanted to give her N500,000.
“Someone please help me find this woman, I’ve got N500k for her,” the singer wrote.
