Nigerian singer, Portable has landed in Canada after securing a 10-year work permit.
Portable, known for his street-hop style, had shared news of his permit approval months back but stayed in Nigeria until now.
On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the singer announced his arrival in Canada, sharing photos and videos from his visit to the mayor’s office in Brampton, Ontario.
Accompanied by his team, Portable thanked the Canadian government and the city of Brampton for their warm reception and support.
The singer revealed that he also received a special award from the city, calling it an important milestone in his music career.
He wrote, ‘Finally Portable Omolalomi ZAZUU in Canada I just want to say thank you to the Canadian government and the city of Brampton for the corporation of the city of Brampton award.”
