During an appearance on BET’s ‘Off the Top’ show, hosted by VJ Adams, Skales opened up about his music and career.

But the conversation took a surprising turn when Skales revealed his feelings about not having children with multiple women.

He said, “Right now I regret not having baby mamas. I really regret it because I’m the only person In my family bloodline that is alive right now so the whole bloodline relies on me to produce right now. I think I’m receiving applications.”

VJ Adams humorously added, “We could set up a reality TV show for Skales. We could call it Finding Eve,” which made both of them laugh.

Skales continued, jokingly referencing a Bible verse, “I’m telling you, we could use that bible verse about going into the world and multiply.”

VJ Adams then asked when Skales had this realization, to which the singer replied, “When my mum died, that’s when I realised that not much of my bloodline left.”

Skales and his wife, Precious, welcomed a child in March 2023, but he has hinted at struggles in their relationship through several Instagram posts.
