Stan Alieke, the lawyer representing Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington, has has reacted to the ongoing field between singer Burna Boy and socialite Cubana Chief Priest.
Stan Alieke dared Burna Boy to take legal action against Cubana Chief Priest for comments about using “Diddy babt oil,” just as he reportedly arrested Speed Darlington.
The feud between Burna Boy and Cubana Chief Priest escalated recently when the singer referred to the socialite as “Owerri Rick Ross” in a post many believed was aimed at the known associate of Davido.
In retaliation, Cubana Chief Priest mocked Burna Boy’s Grammy win, implying it was influenced by music mogul, Diddy who is embroiled in a ‘baby oil’ scandal.
Weighing in on the dispute, Speed Darlington’s lawyer questioned why Burna Boy hasn’t used the police against Cubana Chief Priest, given the accusations.
Stan Alieke: “Your petition claims that the Diddy and baby oil banter has caused “irreparable damage to your international reputation and has made you lose a lot of gigs”.
“Hey, another person with more reach and influence just referred the baby oil and Diddy banter so the world is expecting you to engage the police and arrest him since that’s your modus operandi or the street will interpret it as cowardice.
“Well, I’m just a lawyer that wants justice to go round.”
KanyiDaily recalls that Speed Darlington has been in police detention for over a month after Burna Boy filmed a petition against him.
