Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, has dismissed claims circulating online that he insisted his father must complete two terms in office.
A viral post suggested that Seyi made a bold statement, allegedly declaring that nothing, not even divine intervention, could stop his father from serving eight years as president.
The post also implied that Nigerians had their chance to oppose Tinubu before he took office but failed to do so, making any resistance now pointless.
The post read in part :“My Father Will Complete His 8-Year Tenure – Nothing Can Change That. Not Even God.”
Reacting to the claims, Seyi took to his Instagram Stories to deny the statement, making it clear that he never made such remarks and distancing himself from the viral post.
KanyiDaily recalls that Seyi Tinubu previously declared his father, Bola Tinubu, is the greatest president in Nigeria’s history, crediting him for empowering young people and driving economic progress.
