British rapper and YouTuber Yung Filly is facing allegations of sexually assaulting a tourist at a hotel in Magaluf.
The 29-year-old entertainer is currently being investigated by a judge in Palma, Mallorca, following claims of an incident at the holiday resort last summer.
Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is already dealing with legal troubles in Australia.
Less than two weeks ago, he pleaded not guilty to multiple charges in Perth, Australia, stemming from an alleged assault on a woman in his hotel room last September during his tour.
After being granted bail for £48,500, he was seen leaving court on March 11, his first public appearance in five months. When asked about the situation, he simply remarked, “It’s a lovely day.”
Now, a new allegation has surfaced involving a British tourist who claims the YouTuber allegedly raped her at a Magaluf hotel.
Reports indicate that the woman believed to be around 20 years old, initially reported the incident to UK police, who then forwarded the case to Spanish authorities.
According to the accuser, she first encountered Yung Filly at a Magaluf beach club where he had performed. They later crossed paths again at a nearby nightclub, where she alleged that he touched her inappropriately.
She claimed that after engaging in consensual sex with one of his friends in a hotel room, she later accompanied the same person to Yung Filly’s room. However, she alleged that once they were alone, the social media personality forced himself on her.
The woman’s complaint led to an official investigation in Spain, initiated after UK authorities shared details with the Spanish Civil Guard.
The case is currently being handled by a court in Palma, though it remains unclear whether the accuser has already testified before the judge.
In Spain, such investigations are conducted privately, with only trials being open to the public.
Meanwhile, Yung Filly is still facing trial in Australia for an alleged rape on September 28, 2023, following a performance at Bar1 Nightclub in Perth. He was arrested in Brisbane on October 9 and later extradited to Perth.
His charges in Australia include multiple counts of assault, sexual penetration without consent, and impeding a person’s breathing by applying pressure to the neck.
He is expected to appear in Perth District Court on June 13 for a trial listing hearing.
